100 Acts of Kindness
Here’s a list of 100 random acts of kindness that anyone can do! We have examples of things that don’t cost any money, things that businesses or organizations can do and ideas on how you can give back to a charity or your community this kindness week! Kindness Doesn’t Cost a Thing!
1. Lend a hand at your local food bank.
2. Thank an essential worker.
3. Leave a positive sticky note in a library book.
4. Mow someone’s lawn.
5. Stop for animals crossing the road.
6. Smile at someone.
7. Have a LinkedIn account? Write a recommendation for coworker or connection.
8. Leave a note on someone’s car telling them how awesome they parked.
9. Try to make sure every person in a group conversation feels included.
10. Know parents who could use a night out? Offer to babysit for free.
11. Write a positive comment on someone’s post.

Free trials of classes or products.
Sharing a Kindness Week post from the Fredericton Community Foundation’s social streams.
Telling your followers about acts of kindness you’ve witnessed and encouraging them to do the same.
Or any other idea that you can think of and that makes sense for your business!
Have a staff appreciation lunch.
Put out little compliment cards for customers.
